Crushed peanuts are served with thinly sliced fresh green papaya and a hot lime sauce. Fish sauce is not a component of our papaya salad.
Akon Salad (Vegan)
Shredded raw mango, dried coconut, fresh chili, lime juice, and no onions are combined. We were permitted to name this dish after Akon because it is one of his favorites.
Coco Mango Crispy Tofu (Vegan)
Shredded raw mango is masterfully combined with dried coconut, fresh chili, lime juice, and crispy tofu.
Spicy Eggplant (Vegan)
Delicious stir-fried sauteed eggplant with Thai basil, garlic, onions, and hot sauce.
The Pursuit of Happiness (Vegan)
You may recognize this dish if you have seen the 2007 film by the same name. We received permission from the executive producer of the 2006 film of the same name to serve this dish, as it was a specialty made for him. It is a nutritious dish of various mixed vegetarian ingredients sautéed in fresh ginger and our homemade light soy sauce.
Royal Veggie Pad Thai (Vegan)
With the healthy premium option, we use fresh ingredients and premium olive oil when cooking. The vegetables are doubled, while the noodles and rice are cut in half without using eggs. It was formerly Thailand's most well-liked street food and has now made it to one of the best Westwood restaurants near you. Our Pad Thai, made by our chef, won numerous prizes. They are then served with rice noodles with vegetables, bean sprouts, green onions, and crushed peanuts that have been fried in a pan.
Royal Pad See Ew Veggie (Vegan)
The healthy premium option uses fresh ingredients and premium olive oil when cooking. The vegetables are doubled, while the noodles and rice are cut in half, without eggs. The flat rice noodles are fried with broccoli and other vegetables.
